Hey y’all, this is just a part of my story. This is hard to post and hard to say, but I’m going to do it anyway. I’m an Army Veteran and my journey through needing a knee surgery that has led to a Fibromyalgia diagnosis, multiple suicidal ideations, and the success of learning how to mindfully care for myself. This video doesn’t capture the next part of the sentiment — the VA mental health was the reason I made it through. My therapists have been incredible. They are the reason I can be here to tell this story and they are the reason I can write my poetry, instead of being destructive. I will continue to tell this story with Wendy.
Thank you
, , , , and so many others for listening and being a part of it. There is so much more to tell and so much good that has come since I chose to live, multiple times.Author’s Note: If you enjoyed today’s episode please consider becoming a paid, or free, subscriber.
